My card has expired and I haven't been sent a new one - what do I do?

What to do when your card expires

Please note: You will need to confirm your address details before we send a new card out.

  1. Login at https://myaccount.caxton.io/Account/Login or via the app
  2. Navigate to 'Account Details' and check the address we have on file - this is where your card will be sent
  3. If your address is correct, you should be able to see a 'Renew Card' option in your account, like the screenshot below

  4. Use this button to renew your card.
