How to view your card expiry date
To know when your card is due to expire navigate to My Expense Cards > View Cards
View the card expiry date on the card below the card number.
Please note: If your card is due to expire soon or has already expired, you will need to order a new card. Follow the steps to order a new card.
How to order a new card
Step 1: Order a virtual or physical card via My Expense Cards > Order a card
Choose to create one card, or create a card for a wallet, or a bulk card order.
Please note: To make purchases in-store you will need to order a physical card. Virtual cards are solely for online purchases.
Step 2: Choose your card type either virtual or physical
Step 3: Enter your details including your email address, first name, last name, gender and date of birth.
Please note: In order for the card to be created the cardholders date of birth will need to be for someone of 18+ years old.
That's it. You should now have been able to check your card expiry date and go through the steps to order a new card.
