Why can't I see my PIN?
First, check out this article on how to find your PIN.
If no pin is showing (and you have enabled pop-ups on your browser) this means the pin is blocked. This happens when an incorrect PIN was entered three times or more.
To unlock your PIN, please get in contact with our customer service team either by email at card@caxton.io or call us on 0333 123 1812. Our opening hours are 09:00 - 17:00 or you can call out of hours and request a callback.
