How long does it take to make a transfer?

When a transfer has been made, it can take 2-3 working days.

How to check the status of a transfer

To check the status of your transfer, navigate to History > Transfers

If you see a request next to your transfer for further information, please call the helpdesk. In instances where you have made a transfer 2-3 days ago and the funds haven’t arrived in the recipient’s account, please call the helpdesk.

That's it. You should be able to know check the status of your payment.
