What to do if your Caxton card is not working

  • Check if you are using the correct PIN. You can check what your Caxton card PIN is by logging into your account.
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds loaded on your Caxton card. You can check your current balance once you're logged in.
  • The ATM or POS machine may be faulty or unable to read your Caxton card. You can check this by testing a different card in the machine or trying your Caxton card in a different ATM or POS machine.
