What to do if you suspect a scam or fraud on your personal Caxton card?

  1. Block your card in the app, or on the website immediately
  2. Login to your Caxton account (not using the app), and raise a dispute with us, using the ‘transaction dispute’ feature. You’ll have the opportunity to provide additional details about why you think the transaction is fraudulent. This is the fasted way to indicate an issue with a specific transaction
  3. Alternatively, email fraud@caxton.io with detail of the suspected fraud, include detail of the card and transactions that the fraud occurred on, as well as detail to identify you as the card holder.

If you have been the victim of a scam, you should contact the police. You can provide the police reference number as part of any investigation we conduct.
