How can I swap currencies on my personal Caxton Travel Card?

You can easily swap currencies on your personal Caxton Travel Card through the app or website. Just select the currency you want to exchange and choose the one you want to switch to—no fees, just flexibility.

In the Caxton App:

1. Open the Caxton app and log in to your account.
2. Select the currency you want to swap from your balance.
3. Tap ‘Switch Currency’ to begin the exchange process.
4. Choose the new currency you’d like to swap to from the available options.
5. Tap ‘Confirm’ to complete the swap.

On the Caxton Website:

1. Log in to your account on the Caxton website.
2. Click ‘Switch Balances’ in the left-hand side (LHS) menu.
3. Select the currency you want to exchange from and to.
4. Confirm the swap to complete the transaction.
