      How to view payment confirmations

      Step 1: Using the left blue navigation click on Payments History > Transfers

      Step 2: On the far right hand side under Actions, click on Payment Confirmation

      Selecting this option will download a payment confirmation showing the full transaction details.

      Please note: The payment confirmation will only be visible when we have received confirmation that the transaction has been completed.

      That's it. You should be able to view your payment confirmation.
