Learn all about how to upload and approve multiple files for when you have access to a bureau account.
How to upload multiple files
Step 1: Using the blue button at the top of the screen click Payroll
Step 2: From the upload options click BACs (.txt)
Step 3: You are now on the screen titled Upload Bulk Payments BACS CSV File
Please note: Before uploading your payment file ensure the following:
- You have sufficient funds on your currency balance to cover the payments being scheduled.
- All recipients have been successfully saved to your account.
Step 4: Browse your computer to select the appropriate files.
Please note: When uploading multiple files the naming structure needs to lead with the unique account number which corresponds with the number shown in the top left of the sidebar of the client account.
In the files below, 5677098162 BACS Example 1 will be allocated to Bureau Client 1 because its account number is shown first within the file description. The files will then be allocated to the appropriate sub-accounts.
Step 5: Select the payment date you require
Please note: The date will default to the current days date.
Step 6: Amend the description to be the desired name of the upload, e.g May Salaries and click Upload
Step 7: View your uploads by navigating to Payroll, then scroll down and click Details
Or view by client via the left sidebar navigation Single Sign-on > Subsidiary Login
Then select the client and click Login
To view pending uploads, click on Payroll in the top navigation and scroll down
Step 8: Review and approve by clicking Process Payments
That's it. You should have your multiple BACs file uploaded and approved.
