How to load your card

Step 1: Using the left sidebar click Load Card

Step 2: Select the currency and payment method, and click Next

Please note: You can pay via direct debit or bank transfer.

Load card using direct debit

Confirm the cardholder details and click Pay

Load using bank transfer

Step 1: Use the search box to find your bank or select from the list

Step 2: Review and click Go to Bank to continue the process though TrueLayer

Please note: TrueLayer is a secure open banking service which enables your chosen bank to connect with us in order to process your transfer.

That's it. You should be able to load your card.
