How do I deposit funds into my Corporate Caxton account?

Learn all about how to pay in money to your business account.

There are two ways to make a deposit into your corporate account.

  1. Pay in using your assigned personal account details.
  2. Pay in using the Caxton bank details and your reference number.

Please note: The fastest way to add funds to your account is through your unique personal bank details. Deposits made using this method should clear within 1 hour.

What is the difference between Personal and Caxton bank details?

Your personal bank details are a unique bank account assigned to your company when you opened your corporate account. This is a new option to help you get your funds faster.

The Caxton bank details are the old way of sending funds to your account. This method takes longer because your deposit goes into a generic business account, and our administrators have to find and allocate the balance to your account, hence why its very important to use your customer reference number when using this method.

How to make a deposit

  1. Click on Administration > Bank details
  2. Choose the bank account details to use (personal bank details is recommended for faster deposits).
  3. Go to your bank provider and make the deposit using either your personal details or Caxton bank details. To select Caxton bank details, click the dropdown arrow. You can use SWIFT or IBAN.

Please note: If you haven't purchased the currency through us then you will be charged.
