How do I change my phone number?

In order to make any key changes to your account including changing your mobile number, for security purposes, we are now requiring customers to call us on 0333 123 1812 or +44 (0) 207 201 0526 (international line). Our opening hours are 09:00 - 17:00 or you can call out of hours and request a callback.

For verification, we will need to send you an SMS message with an OTP code which you will need to confirm within 59 seconds.

That's it. You should be able to change your phone number.
