How to add a debit card

To add or change your debit card you will be asked to authorise the the debit card with either an OTP or within your banking app (same as when making a payment).

Step 1: Login and you will automatically be on the Dashboard

Using the left sidebar navigate to My Account > My Debit Cards

Step 2: Using the list you can remove a debit card or click Add Debit Card

You can have up to 2 debit cards stored on your account.

Please note:  If you want to load a card using your debit card, read the article How do I load using a debit card.

Please note: When you add a new debit card you'll see a pending debit of approximately £0.74 on your bank account. Do not worry though, this is just to check the validity of the card and will be released back into your account within a couple of days.


That's it. You should be able to add or remove a debit card.
