How to buy and send currency

Step 1: Login and using the navigation button at the top of the screen click Payments

Step 2: In the middle of three blue buttons click on Buy Currency

Step 3: Enter the desired transaction amount and click Continue

Please note: You can partially pay using funds from your balance. To do this click on debit card and click on partially pay from balance.

Step 4: Make the payment using your debit card or bank details

Please note: You can make the transfer via your bank using either the personal bank details (fastest) or with the Caxton bank account details.

How to send currency

Step 1: Using the top navigation click on Payments

Step 2: On the right click on Send from Balance

Then, select your currency and click Send EUR

Step 3: Select either single or multiple recipients

Step 4: Select Existing recipient from the dropdown/list or Create new

Step 5: Select your reason for the payment and click Confirm

That's it. Your recipient(s) should receive their currency shortly.
