Setting up administrators and wallet managers

How to grant access and set new user permissions

Step 1: In the left-hand menu click on Administration > Manage Company

Click on Create User

Step 2: Select the role of the Corporate user or Administrator.

For Corporate users, choose from the following options:

  1. Corporate Inputter
  2. Corporate Viewer
  3. Corporate Approver
  4. Corporate Card User

Step 3: Fill in the form starting with the email address of your new user. Once the email address field has been filled, enter their first name, last name, job title, gender and date of birth.

Please note: For card holders, the date of birth field must show that the user is 18+ years old.

That's it. You should have your new user all setup and ready to go.
