How to assign a mobile number to a cardholder
Step 1: Navigate to Administration > Manage Cards > Assign Mobile Numbers
Step 2: Choose your card and click on Add number
Step 3: Confirm the mobile in the pop-up window, include the (+) and country code (e.g. +447790123456) and select Confirm Number.
Please note: Cardholders should be contacting their account admins and owners to update their phone numbers.
That's it. You should have your mobile number changed.
