How to export transactions to QuickBooks
We have partnered with QuickBooks to improve your reporting and enable you to better manage your corporate card expenses. In addition to more filters, you can now import mass transactions into QuickBooks - helping you save time and reduce costs.
You can now simply:
- Filter and export your card transactions into a Quickbooks CSV file - we have ensured the file is formatted to be accepted by QuickBooks import
- Log in to your QuickBooks account online and import the saved CSV file.
QuickBooks is an accounting software program used to manage sales and expenses and keep track of daily business transactions. You can use it to invoice customers, pay bills, generate reports for planning and tax filling and more.
Note: You can carry out the same process to import your transactions into Xero.
That's it. You should be able to view your previous card transactions now and/or do a simple import to QuickBooks.
