Adjustments: What are they?

What are adjustments?

An adjustment occurs when you are billed in a currency that is unavailable on the card. When the transaction settles, the funds will be taken in the next available currency.

You can view adjustments by navigating to History > Transaction History

Please note: The default order of priority of which currency would be taken first is: 1.GBP 2.EUR 3.USD 4.AUD 5.CAD 6.NZD 7.HKD 8. CHF 9.JPY 10. DKK 11. ZAR 12. PLN 13. SEK 14. NOK 15. HUF.

Spending outside of currencies we offer

You can also use your primary wallet Sterling balance to spend anywhere in the world and we’ll convert it for you on the spot. We’ll exchange the transaction amount to the equivalent amount using the Mastercard foreign exchange rate, at a 2.49% fee. You can also withdraw the local currency for an ATM, we will exchange it at the same rate.
