How to make a transfer from your international payments account
Step 1: Using the left sidebar navigate to International Payments > Send from balance

Please note: If you want to use funds on your international payments account to pay for a trade, on the last step of booking a trade please select, currency balance.
Step 2: Enter the amount, select the send icon and click continue

Step 3: Select the recipient and confirm the transaction

That's it. You should be able to send money from an international balance.
